Terms & Conditions
- Tour/transfer time starts from the pre-agreed time. Delays by the customer will still be counted from the initial agreed time.
- Bookings must be accompanied by flight and hotel details for airport transfers.
- The tour start time is flexible but must be confirmed one day before the service date.
- Any changes or additions to the itinerary must be communicated directly via +60166555048. Do not negotiate directly with the driver.
- For pickups at tourist attractions, please WhatsApp the driver upon arrival at the pickup point, as waiting is not permitted in some areas.
- A waiting time of more than 30 minutes (for transfers) will incur overtime charges based on an hourly rate.
- For airport pickups, we allow a 1-hour waiting period after the flight has landed. Any waiting time beyond this (not due to flight delays or verifiable immigration queues) will incur additional charges.
- Any drop-offs or pickups besides the single designated point-to-point transfer will be subject to overtime charges.
- An early morning surcharge of RM 30 applies for airport transfers between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
- The company reserves the right to change the vehicle type based on availability and suitability.
